There will be a mandatory meeting on Tuesday, March 23rd at 6:30pm in the high school band room. The meeting is for all students who are traveling with the band to Florida. Each student should be accompanied to the meeting by a parent or guardian. We will cover trip policies (rules), the basics of what to bring (and what not to bring) on the trip, as well as offer a final opportunity for parents to pose last minute questions.
Trip participants who are unable to attend this meeting due to a serious scheduling conflict should contact me immediately via email so that I may get the information to you ASAP.
The marching band will begin preparing for their performance at Disney by practicing after school over the next three weeks.

There will be no rehearsal on Tuesday, March 23 in order to make time for the parents meeting that will be held in the evening.
If there are any conflicts with the above schedule, please email me as soon as possible.
Remember that the initial down payment for the 2010 trip to Disney is due on July 10th. This $200.00 down payment will secure your spot on the trip and should be mailed along with the signed contract to “The Huron Band Parents P.O. Box 151 Huron, OH”
