THE HURON CITY SCHOOL BANDS

Reminder: There will be a band parents meeting tonight at 7pm in the High School Band Room.

We will be discussing volunteers for this upcoming football season as well as new purchases for the band program.

ALL parents of band members, past, present, and future are encouraged to attend.

Due to the winter storm, the band parents general meeting that was originally scheduled for tonight (February 9th) has been cancelled. The next general meeting will take place at the regularly scheduled time on Tuesday, March 9th.

Stay home tonight and shovel!

The band room room will open at 5:30pm on Oct. 23rd and the students should be dressed and in their seats by 6:00pm. The bus will leave at 6:15pm. It is estimated that the bus will return to the high school at approximately 11:00pm.

The Huron High School band will be holding it’s annual awards banquet for the 2008-2009 school year on Monday, May 11th. The dinner will start at 6:30pm and will be held in the ballroom at the Sawmill Resort on Cleveland road. Dinner is free for all members of the 2008-2009 band, so come and celebrate.
